Welcome to Capslock Supply. By accessing our platform, engaging our services, or purchasing our digital deliverables, you agree to the following terms and operational standards.
1. Service Retainers & Onboarding
Published prices represent our baseline monthly retainers for stated device and seat caps. Final scope is verified following our onboarding audit. Onboarding fees cover documentation, sensor setup, and baseline hardening.
2. Scope Boundaries
Retainers cover maintenance, security patching, and helpdesk support. Major office relocations, structured cabling, and bespoke software developments are quoted as discrete fixed-price projects.
3. Digital Products
Digital downloads (eBooks, templates, scripts) are delivered via single-use tokenized links valid for 48 hours. Digital assets are licensed for internal commercial or personal use and may not be redistributed.
